BTEC Level 2 Award or Certificate
The course will qualify you for a wide range of jobs as you
will develop transferable skills which can be used in any
one of the many businesses on the south coast. Previous
students have found employment in areas as diverse as
retail, leisure and creative industries, although a growing
number are choosing to progress onto the next stage
with a Level 3 course. The course is suitable for students
considering continuing on to Business at Level 3 BTEC or
A level.

CHILDREN
NCFE Level 2 Introductory Certificate
‘Introducing Caring for Children and Young People’
(Incorporating skills for working with young children and
awareness of parenting skills, safeguarding and equalities
and the importance of play).
This course is taught in one year and if you are interested
in working with children in the future, then this could
be the course for you. The course is good preparation
for those wishing to progress to a Level 3 course and
apprenticeships.
